Hills Pumas

At Hills Pumas Football Club, we believe in more than just football—we believe in building a community where players of all ages and backgrounds feel inspired, supported, and empowered to thrive. Our teams are united by a love for the game and a culture of respect, teamwork, and inclusivity that sets us apart. With a focus on player development, friendships, and creating unforgettable moments on and off the field, we’re more than a club—we’re a family. Join Hills Pumas and be part of something bigger: a place to grow, compete, and belong.

The Hills Pumas has been serving the local Hills community for over 25 years.  Cool story: the club originated thanks to some passionate Year 9 kids from the Pacific Hills Christian School who wanted to play football regularly with their mates.  A few students created a survey asking for expressions of interest at the school for possible players.  Thanks to an over-whelming response, a committee of teachers and parents was formed which led to the establishment of the Hills Pumas FC.  The club has come so far, from humble beginnings.  Despite being significantly larger these days, we are still a community led club.

What inclusions do you receive with your registration fee?

A full season’s competition over 18 weeks and finals where applicable, a fresh Pumas Jersey, annual Team photos, season launch party and an Epic end of Season team trophy day.

What Age groups do you offer?

We have a Little Legends program for 4- and 5-year-olds.  Our competition teams start at under 6, up to under 13’s.

Do you offer female only teams?

Not exclusively, but we have had all girl teams.  We are happy to put together all female teams, but it depends on a few factors like the number of kids in any one age group.

When / how long / where do the participants train?

The main training night is on Thursday, starting at 5:30pm for most age groups.  Training time is tailored for the age groups, to optimise learning and energy levels. Training is hosted at Les Shore Oval in Glenorie, which is about 10 minutes from Dural Maccas.  We also run optional training on Tuesday nights, focusing on specific skills for individuals to improve their capability.
